Job Title: Sales Negotiator Starting Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 basic + an extremely competitive commission, bonus and benefits package  Working hours are 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday 09:00 – 13:00 Location:  LE65, Leicestershire   We are delighted to be working with a market-leading estate agent in the Leicestershire area. This is an incredible opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join a rapidly growing, well renowned business and join a team of highly experienced professionals. If you’re an experienced Sales Negotiator and you’re looking to learn from the best in the business, develop your skills and grow in your career, then this is the place for you.   Job Role Your key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, booking viewings, registering applicants and managing your diary. - Negotiating offers. - Upselling and cross-selling other services. - Identifying and capitalising any opportunities to maximise sales. - Build strong relationships with applicants.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator. - Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships. - A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Full UK driving licence and car.
