| Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator & Valuer Starting Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic + an extremely competitive commission, bonus and benefits package  Working hours are 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday 09:00 – 13:00 Location:  LE65, Leicestershire   We are delighted to be working with a market-leading estate agent in the Leicestershire area. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator & Valuer to join a rapidly growing, well renowned business and make a real impact. If you’re an experienced Sales Negotiator & Valuer and you’re looking to take that next step, make a role your own and be mentored and work with the best names in the biz, then look no further.   Job Role Your key responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator & Valuer include but are not limited to: - Conduct property valuations and appraisals. - Create longstanding client relationships, providing expert advice on property sales and purchases. - Manage the sales process from listing to closing, including negotiation of offers and contracts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. - Generate new business, relationships, and partnerships. - Stay updated on market trends, property values and industry regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients. - Run your own office and create a local network.  Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator & Valuer. - Proven history of winning new business. - Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships. - Self-motivated, ambitious, go-getter attitude. - Full UK driving licence and car.  If this sounds like the job for you or you’d like more info, then please call the Burton Commercial office and ask for Kym ! |
