Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a detail orientated individual with a strong background in accounts management.
Main responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant role:
- Manage the sales and purchase ledger efficiently and accurately - Communicate with clients and suppliers, addressing queries and maintaining strong professional relationships - Process transactions and maintain meticulous records and ledgers - Provide essential support to the Financial Controller in various tasks - Perform other administrative duties including call handling and general office tasks
Skills required for this Accounts Assistant role:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting or similar roles - Working knowledge of Sage 50 Cloud is advantageous - Proficiency in MS office applications - Accounts qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory - Strong attention to detail - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
