Job Description
Commercial Vehicle Valeter required in Basildon.

Our client is a highly reputable Commercial Rental Company based in Basildon who put their customers at the heart of what they do. They have been in business for over 40 years and are a leading name in the industry!

They are actively looking to hire a Commercial Vehicle Valeter to valet their commercial fleet of HGV trucks based in Basildon. The successful candidate will ideally have a vehicle valeting background along with a full UK car drivers licence and if you also have an HGV driving licence this would be a significant advantage.

Details & Benefits of this Commercial Vehicle Valeter vacancy:

- Basic Salary with an HGV Driving Licence: £28,000 to £30,000 p.a.
- Basic Salary without an HGV Driving Licence: £26,000 to £27,000 p.a.
- Weekday hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch).
- Alternate Saturdays worked 8.00am to 12.00pm paid as overtime @ time+half.
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Duties of the Commercial Vehicle Valeter role:

- Highly motivated, experienced Valeter needs to be physically fit for a busy department.
- Detailed cleaning, preparing and polishing commercial vehicles prior to customer handover.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Keep the premises neat and tidy.
- Full UK Car Licence is required with minimal points.
- HGV driving licence would be a significant advantage to have.
