Job Description


My client is in expansion mode and is actively looking to recruit excellent Project Managers in the IT space

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for shaping, driving and delivering key change initiatives across various platforms

This role is responsible for the successful achievement of project outcomes within the areas of time, cost, quality and risk.

Successful applicants will be responsible for leading change projects for a specific business unit / function, working in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure delivery in line with agreed milestones, priorities, standards and budget.

The Project Manager will ensure Change projects are effectively defined, planned, resourced and delivered in alignment with the overall business unit / function requirements.

Other areas of responsibility will include

The development and coaching resources assigned to projects,

Providing input into performance reviews

Providing support to expand capabilities and skill-sets

Participation in the Community of Practice to shape or improve ways of working in relation to Change delivery is also important.

To be considered candidates will need to be able to show

Proven experience in delivering multiple projects including digital or technology focused projects and driving them through to completion.

- experience in delivering projects using 3rd parties (both delivering with and management of) for a variety of subject matters.

- managing Virtual teams across function, across businesses and geographies and have in-depth knowledge and demonstrable application of different project delivery methodologies including Agile.

- Budgeting and resource allocation, project planning presentation skills as well as knowledge of IT Software Development Life-cycles will also be important.

- highly developed interpersonal, advocacy and communication skills
