Foster a secure and nurturing environment that allows them to flourish. - Communication is key! Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic support system for each student. - Be the driving force behind individualized support, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of students facing behavioural challenges. - Cultivate a feeling of belonging by advocating for the inclusion of students in the broader classroom community. Assist in fostering their social interactions and enable them to excel in group activities THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Possess effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with teachers, parents, and professionals, ensuring a complete holistic support system for students. Approach interactions with empathy and demonstrating unwavering patience. Show an understanding of what learning difficulties pupils face in a classroom setting. Anticipate challenges, identify triggers, and proactively implement strategies to foster a positive learning experience and a supportive atmosphere. While prior experience with SEN students is preferred, it is not essential, as long as you have a strong passion to work with pupils with SPECIAL EDUCATION NEEDS.
