Job Description |
| Service Call Centre Advisor required in Treforest. - Basic salary is £23,795 per annum with access to a bonus scheme providing a potential annual OTE of £26-27,000+ per annum. - Working hours are are 40 per week 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. More hours available should you wish for overtime. - Fantastic long-term career prospects to grow within our client’s multi-franchise dealer group. A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Service Call Centre Advisor for our client's franchised approved car dealership based in Treforest. In the role of a Service Call Centre Advisor, you will work alongside 2 other Advisors and will feed work to multiple large multi-franchise workshop teams and shall be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service and/or MOT. As a Service Call Centre Advisor, you will handle all incoming service department calls, and will be responsible for booking in customers vehicles for service and/or MOTs. Within the role, you will be able to upsell service plans to customers and will have the opportunity to upselling following vehicle health checks within the branches workshop. You will oversee multiple car brands and 4 different vehicle workshops and will be responsible for filing the service diaries across the group. Current/recent experience in a similar contact/call centre orientated role in the motor trade would be desired but isn't essential. It is essential to our client though that you have a desire to work within the motor trade, and have strong customer service skills, have a friendly and charismatic manner over the phone, and are IT literate. What's in it for you?
