Our key sectors reflect every part of the Construction process and our Contracting team works in partnership with a number of Main Contracting Build, Civils engineering contracting, Residential development and sub-contracting businesses providing tailored recruitment packages for White and Blue collar professionals. Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated and personable individual for our busy Temp Construction team. As one of our core business sectors, the desk offers a wealth of opportunity with new and existing clients, repeat business and cross-sell prospects. A bit about you... We’re in need of an experienced Recruiter/Senior Recruiter that has a proven track record in delivering high quality, compliant and confident temporary solutions, ideally within Construction. You’ll be familiar with candidate selection and compliance processes, have sound business development skills and the ability to be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. Skilled in negotiating, converting leads and closing opportunities, it is envisaged you’ll have built or developed a temp desk previously and would be looking to take the next step in your career. Highly motivated, you’ll need to be driven and focussed – the market is busy and competitive so you’ll need to be confident in fighting your corner!
