| Administration Assistant Full-Time | Office-Based | 35 Hours Per Week | £24,000 per annum Location: Tamworth Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to take the next step in your administrative career? We are seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to provide vital support to our Corporate & Commercial Team, helping to deliver a high-quality legal service to our clients. About the Role As an Administration Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the department. You’ll undertake a variety of administrative tasks and work closely with colleagues to maintain efficient processes and excellent client service. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support - Carry out a full range of administrative tasks including audio and copy typing, word processing, file administration, filing, and completion of basic legal forms. - Manage file opening, file closing, and time recording. - Handle incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages, and ensure they reach the appropriate team member promptly. - Organise meetings and prepare all necessary documentation. - Photocopying, preparing refreshments for clients and lawyers, and assisting with daily post. - Support with general office administration as required. - Undertake any additional duties reasonably requested by Fee Earners or the Head of Department. Person Specification Skills & Experience - Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. - Excellent organisational and time-management skills. - Ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines. - Confident working independently and using initiative. - Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. - Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong keyboard and data entry abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel. - Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information.
