With over 30 years of experience, they provide an extensive range of products and services – from equipment and interiors to maintenance and refurbishment – helping care providers deliver the highest standards of care.

Their mission is simple: to improve the quality of life for people in care by supporting those who look after them.

The Role We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to help drive growth and expand market presence. Working closely with the field sales, marketing and customer service teams, you’ll identify new opportunities, generate leads, and build strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage your diary to ensure a set number of client appointments are booked each week.
- Proactively follow up on quotes and maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and status reports.
- Analyse client spend to identify gaps and develop strategies for targeted growth.
- Meet and exceed KPIs through effective sales conversations and closing opportunities.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new business leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to maximise client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective lead-generation and outreach strategies.

About You

- Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Skilled negotiator, able to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on results.
- Competent in using CRM systems and interpreting data insights.
- Previous experience in sales, business development or a customer-focused phone-based role would be advantageous.

Why Join This Business?

- Be part of a supportive and ambitious team where your ideas and efforts make a real impact.
- Genuine opportunity for career growth within a well-established and respected organisation.
- Join a company that’s passionate about delivering quality products and outstanding service to the care sector.

If you’re an enthusiastic and driven sales professional looking to develop your career with a reputable UK business, we’d love to hear from you.
