Job Description


As Facilities Coordinator you will ensure the smooth operation of workplace services, maintaining compliance and fostering a safe, clean, and well-equipped offices services environment. You will deliver high quality FM services across the business, supporting staff, visitors, and stakeholders.

The business aim to build strong, integrated teams and operational structures that are fit for today’s needs and flexible enough to adapt to tomorrow’s challenges. Their approach is hands-on, collaborative, and tailored to help achieve sustainable, high-performing facilities management.

 
As Facilities Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the main point of contact between the business and FM service providers, ensuring effective communication, service delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Overseeing the day-to-day facilities operations including reception, cleaning, washrooms, tea points, vending, waste management, pest control, and general building maintenance.
- Managing procurement and budget activities — sourcing quotes, approving works, tracking spend, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Promoting health, safety, and compliance by conducting audits, managing risk assessments, and ensuring emergency procedures are followed.
- Championing a collaborative, high-quality FM environment that encourages sustainability, innovation, and continuous service improvement.

 
We are keen to speak to people about this Facilities Coordinator opportunity you have the following skills and experience:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar facilities management role.
- Supplier / sub-contractor management with performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of facility management standards and legislation.
- Experience with stationery, cleaning, and reprographics.
- Corporate customer service experience.
- Broad understanding of soft services (mailroom, archiving, pest control, vending).
- Must have excellent administration and organisation skills.
- Experience of document management.

 

In return you will receive a salary of up to £29,000 pa plus pension and generous annual leave.
