Due to continued expansion, a prestigious company within the global mobility industry is actively seeking a Client Services Manager to join their European team. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
As the Client Services Manager you'll be:
> Acting as the first point of contact to a variety of clients
> Assisting clients with questions and queries in a timely manner
> Conducting annual review meetings with key clients
> Identifying any issues and working towards resolution if required
> Tracking client revenue and providing them with associated projections
> Looking for upselling opportunities and approaching them tactically
> Keeping the client service team aware of any relevant issues
> Assisting with the management of client services staff
> Offering constructive and creative solutions to senior management
> Maintaining an excellent knowledge of expatriate policies, practices and industry trends
You'll report into the EMEA Client Services Director and may be asked to assist with the management of client services staff on occasions.
To be successful in the role of Client Services Manager, you'll have the following skills and experience:
> Previous experience within the global mobility industry
> Strong expatriate compensation and/or taxation knowledge
> A proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of clients
> An excellent knowledge of global mobility policies, processes and trends
> Strong communication skills
> Confidence working autonomously
> A bachelor degree (or equivalent)
> Strong computer literacy
> Additional European language skills desirable especially: French, German or Spanish.
