• Leasehold enfranchisement
• Contentious property
• General contractual disputes
• Contentious probate
• Preparing notices
• Drafting tenancy agreements
• General landlord and tenant matters
• Preparing checklist for possession matters
• Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
• The ability to deal with a varied caseload
• Demonstrate a flair for business development, marketing and networking
• Excellent communication and client care skills
