About the opportunity

In this largely technical role, your main responsibility will be to manage performance within our global learning services model. By building 'edge' into the model, you will drive great solutions for learners, while ensuring that all of our employees are suitable for their assigned roles.

When joining us, you'll be analysing the operational and commercial performances, observing the learner's impact on our projects and the effect of changes on our business. Here, you'll build a high-performing team that will deliver impeccable work, at a global level.

About you

You act with integrity and have a proven track record of adding business value. You're successful in developing and inspiring others and encouraging followership. And when dealing with the wider team can easily work collaboratively and communicate effectively.

You will bring us significant learning process or learning system implementation and maintenance experience, including process design or engineering. An amazing team player, you'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including delivery centres and reporting teams in and outside HR. Also, you'll make sure that all decisions are clearly aligned to our customer, business, and segment strategy.

Along your responsibilities, you'll count driving performance by analysing business-agreed KPIs, that ultimately will become actionable insights, improving our learning proposition.

As an excellence manager, you'll be using MI to identify any necessary changes within our delivery centres and other stakeholders, as well as accurately driving data into the underpinning systems and processes.

You should have a degree or the equivalent education or experience. Beyond this, you'll ideally be digitally fluent as that will allow you to work with technology teams to build high-quality products and solutions.
