Business Teacher – Full-Time Role in Bushey

Contract: Long-Term Setting: Secondary School Start Date: January 2026

A respected secondary school in Bushey, known for its inclusive ethos and strong academic standards, is seeking a committed Business Teacher to join its team from January 2026. The school fosters both personal and academic growth within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

This long-term position involves teaching Business across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience and departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Business lessons tailored to KS3 and KS4

  • Teach KS5 Business if appropriate to your experience

  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs

  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

  • Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level exams with targeted strategies

  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
