An exciting opportunity has risen in our Residential Services department for an experienced Lettings Negotiator.
The main purpose of this job will be to let properties within agreed terms and targets and maximizing A2Dominion return on investment and private rent brand.
Manage all lettings related queries within agreed SLA. Assess applications for affordability utilizing all the given tools. Organize and attend viewings providing all the relevant information to the applicants.
Acting as a main point of contact for all the queries and maintain effective relationship with all the stakeholders.
