My client a technology specialises leader in the financial services has an exciting requirement for an Operation Manager - Customer Contact to join their international company, based from their office in Essex.

My client pride themselves on staying at the forefront of Financial services and commerce by innovating a range of next-gen technology to help fight against fraud, provide insights to financial patterns and develop customers loyalty through fantastic customer service.

As the Operations Manager you will have experience within the financial services industry, being able to manage operations such as fraud detection, investigations and proven experience of fantastic customer service.

As the Operations Manager you will also have experience managing teams within a contact centre capacity, as you will be leading on the operations delivery of the contact centre overseeing up to 70 agents and Specialist.

Job responsibilities include;

  • Excellent leadership of team managers, to ensure the highest standards of customer service are met to optimise profitability.
  • Liaise between key management functions.
  • Be, on occasions direct contact to clients to manage issues and conduct service reviews.
  • Ensuring you are complying to all regulation requirements.

The successful Operations Manager will receive;
