Job Description

With a basic salary of up to £25k, plus bonuses, we would expect the successful candidate to earn in excess of £30k.
Established for over 15 years , we are a highly successful independent healthcare recruiter, supplying temporary staff to a diverse client-base across the South East. We specialise in mental health nursing and supply some of the biggest mental health providers in the UK.
We are recruiting a Resourcer to utilise a diverse mix of channels to recruit new staff and raise greater awareness of our business. In addition, the Resourcer will play a vital support role to our Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers.
  • Managing job boards - posting jobs, screening applicants and searching prospect databases
  • Driving our referral scheme to generate new leads via our existing staff
  • Using our database to contacting temporary workers who have become inactive
  • Utilising social media to attract new staff (updates on key achievements, office activity, incentives, news stories, etc.)
  • Engaging with local education providers, to attend open days, job fairs, etc. and engage with relevant faculties (nursing, psychology, health & social care, etc.)
  • Working with Job Centres and other relevant agencies
  • Booking/confirming shifts under the direction of our Consultants
  • Fielding enquiries from our temporary workers and Clients
  • Establising the availability of our temporary workers
You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for developing and maintaining successful relationships. Above all, you must demonstrate a "can do" attitude, with an ability to work independently, within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
You will be well supported by an experienced team of Consultants, a Compliance Team and Senior Management.
Our office is located immediately off the A3 , near Kingston, half an hour from Central London.
