Social Worker - Children We Care For

Role: Social Worker

Salary: £33.30 per hour
location: West Midlands
Job Type: Temporary

We are currently seeing an experienced Social Worker for one of our clients. As a Social Worker, you will assess the vulnerability of the children, providing support to improve quality of life. You'll inform care planning to promote change, advocate for young people, focus of pathway planning to help prepare young people for independence. This is a highly rewarding role where you will directly impact the well being and safety of those you support.

Key responsibilities include:

* Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments and risk evaluations for service users.
* Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review tailored support plans.
* Safeguarding: Ensure the protection of vulnerable children and adults.
* Advocacy: Support clients to access healthcare, housing, benefits, and community resources.
* Collaborative Working: Partner with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and voluntary organisations.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely case notes in compliance with professional standards.

Who We Are Looking For:

* Education: Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
* Licenses: Social Work England Registration
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in direct employment with an English LA
