You will achieve this by: Email management and resolution Diary Management Providing a frontline customer response service and resolve queries for members of the public, developers and solicitors What are we looking for in the ideal candidate? Previous experience in an administrative role Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanour Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
