A family-run business based in Redditch specialising in manufacturing secure, insulated modular buildings is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer, you will hold primary responsibility for Health & Safety Compliance and Quality Control within the factory. Additionally, overseeing various administrative tasks, including Purchasing. The role suits a well-organised, self-motivated individual keen on advancing within the growing company.
Responsibilities: Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety policies, processes, and operational standards. Maintaining quality standards throughout production and installation processes. Managing the ISO:9001 system and conducting audits. Implementing and upholding ISO:14001, BS 1090-2, and Construction Line Gold standards.
Candidate Requirements: Prior experience in a compliance/audit role. Familiarity with ISO-9001 standards. Knowledge of ISO-14001 administration; familiarity with BS1090-2 preferred but not essential. Experience with Constructionline Gold is advantageous but not mandatory. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience across any industry. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel and Word.
