Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing retention revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Customer Retention, your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers via phone and email to persuade them to continue their subscriptions.
- Renewing high-value service subscriptions with expired customers.
- Minimizing refund payouts by employing robust sales techniques and objection handling skills.
- Gathering and reporting customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve collective targets and deadlines.

 
Skills and Experience Required:
We're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Impeccable verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and switch between tasks effortlessly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
