Pertemps are currently recruiting a facilities assistant to work with our Edinburgh based client on a part time basis.
Based in a corporate office, the purpose of the role is to ensure the core office facilities and mail processes are adgered to efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare rooms for meetings - Manage and distribute office supplies - Repair and replacement or furniture, lock/key, all non-IT appliances (e.g. printersm coffee machines, microwaves, fridges) - Support office moves for new starters - Set up offices/desks for new starters and visitors - Ensure all office areas are kept tidy - Assist in mailroom when available

- Work well under pressure - Creative - Strong problem solver - Friendly and positive attitude - Ability to work with people from all areas of the business
