| Job Title: Projects Manager Salary: up to £54,500 DOE  We are delighted to be working with one of the world’s largest dedicated offshore construction grouting company. They are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their projects forward. They remain the energy industry’s first choice in the facilitation of new and innovative materials and equipment to the market.  You will be at the forefront of their engineering and grouting endeavours, overseeing a team who plan, execute, and deliver their most critical projects.  Are you ready to lead and innovate in a dynamic environment?  Do you thrive on challenges and excel in orchestrating seamless project executions?  Responsibilities - Leading a team of skilled project engineers, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with project goals. - Supporting your team to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. - Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or feedback.  Qualifications - BSc (Hons) / BEng (Hons) in Engineering or relevant experience. - Proven experience managing engineering projects from inception to completion, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
