Job description Job Title: Purchasing Assistant Location: Willenhall Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £25k-£31K Immediate Start Are you detail-oriented with excellent Excel skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, based in Willenhall, is seeking a diligent Purchasing Assistant with parts and Manufacturing experience to join their team on a Permenent Basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Generating purchase orders accurately and efficiently. - Updating and maintaining spreadsheets related to purchasing activities. - Assisting the purchasing team with administrative tasks as required. - Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in a purchasing manufactured parts - Due to the nature of the work the client does require the candidate to be a UK national and pass a security vetting upon employment.
