| A global specialist in the design and manufacture of high-temperature metal seals for aerospace, automotive and power generation sectors are seeking a Quality Manager to join their team to drive the next phase of development and growth. As Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Leading the team in ensuring product and process compliance and customer engagement - Ensuring existing and new products and processes comply with Customer, ISO/AS/IATF and NADCAP standards. - Maintaining, developing, auditing and championing the QMS and processes - Acting as primary liaison with Customers, Auditors and other relevant stakeholders - Driving quality strategy & developing staff, supporting production, engineering and sales functions We’re looking for a Quality Manager with the following skills and experience: - Proven leadership and management of quality teams - The ability to ensure requirements in high compliance production environments - A relevant degree or equivalent qualification - ISO9001, AS9100, IATF16949 Quality Management Systems - Aerospace and Automotive Customer QM Systems and engagement - Part and process approval (FAIR, PPAP) - NADCAP certification, heat treatment and/or coating processes - Precision measurement, calibration, quality documentation - Precision metal forming/fabrication - New product introduction, process improvement, root cause investigation - Risk tools (FMEA), statistical tools (SPC/MSA), data analysis To apply for this Quality Manager role, please click apply online and complete the full application process. We welcome all applications however; you must be eligible to work in the UK.
