Technical Support Specialist

Would you like to be apart of a company who is building the energy system of the future? Our client is a global leader in renewable energy systems and are rapidly expanding globally. They are on the lookout for driven and ambitious Technical Support Specialists to work in their Berlin office.

What you will be doing as the Technical Support Specialist:

. Supporting customers with technical questions

. Handling all documentation and inquiries about battery storage systems diagnostics

. You perform battery storage systems diagnostics

. You provide first class customer and partner support

. You independently organise and perform technical trainings for their partners

. You plan on-site assignments of the service and technician for fault and clearance and maintenance of battery storage systems

What you will bring:

. You have a passion for helping customers and or partners with at least one years' experience

. You have successful completed a technical degree or diploma (Such as electrotechnical or other engineering degree)

. Customer focused and passionate about giving excellent customer service

. Excellent phone manner and can show an empathetic attitude

. You think in a systematic and logical way

. You are fluent in English in written and spoken form

. You have good IT skills ( Office and Salesforce)
