Support Worker - Supported Housing Salary: £25,659 – £28,510 per year Covering Falmouth, Penryn & Truro - Full-time, permanent - 37 hours per week on a rolling 5-week rota - Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 9pm Safeguarding This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.  About the Role Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Key Responsibilities - Deliver Tailored Support: Provide responsive, person-centred assistance to individuals with complex needs, helping them achieve independence and positive outcomes. - Foster Collaboration: Build open and trusting relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure seamless support. - Promote Participation: Encourage engagement in social, educational, and employment opportunities to prevent isolation and promote self-determination. - Manage Risks Effectively: Conduct thorough risk assessments, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure health, safety, and safeguarding compliance.
