Accounts Assistant (Temporary - 6 Months) - Central London - £15 per hour

The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy across financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. A key part of the role involves working within Salesforce to track sales data and identify discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing invoices with a high level of accuracy
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies in sales and financial records
• Using Salesforce to monitor sales activity and financial data
• Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks
• Maintaining organised and up-to-date records

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with invoices, accounts, or finance-related tasks
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
