Job Title: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Sensory Processing Needs Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire The Opportunity: We are seeking a caring, proactive, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child in Key Stage 2 with sensory processing difficulties. This full-time role begins in September 2025 and is ideal for someone passionate about inclusive education with an understanding of how sensory needs affect learning and behaviour. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in Hemel Hempstead, where pupils are supported to thrive both academically and emotionally. Your Role: As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a pupil’s daily school experience. The child may struggle with sensory input, transitions, focus, and emotional regulation. You’ll offer calm, structured, and personalised support throughout the day. Key Responsibilities:
