Positions Available in Primary, Secondary, and Special Needs Schools Supply Desk, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, is looking for passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team. Are you passionate about helping students with special educational needs thrive? • Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
• Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and other SEN needs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and behavioural management skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful, positive relationships with students and staff
