Total flexibility required in working hours (days and night shifts including weekends )

About The Company:
A large Birmingham based Leisure Organisation are currently recruiting for experienced 1st Line Technical Support Help Desk Agents on a Temporary basis. This is a fast paced role in a busy environment. A great company to work for with friendly and supportive colleagues. If you enjoy a role where no two shifts are the same, you are quick at problem solving and thinking on your feet, whilst remaining calm and professional then please read on….
The 1st Line Support Agent Role:

- You will be first point of call for all corporate and retail enquiries dealing with all IT queries these queries can range from payroll queries to problems with equipment at the retail locations.
- Ideally you will have 1st line support experience but other experience will be considered.
- Excellent customer service skills/ Professional telephone manner
- IT Savvy
- This is a fast paced, busy, vibrant role so strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet is required 

 
You must be able to work shifts between the hours of 7.00am and 1.00am, 365 days including weekends and bank holidays.
Own transport is essential due to the nature of the hours. Please note that although this is a temporary position, it is ongoing position with no end date, and the company is looking for candidates that want to stay and progress within a role, potentially leading on to second line support and further opportunities.
