7.5T Driver
Location: Alton
Pay Rate: £15.01 per hour + overtime premiums
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00
Are you an experienced 7.5T driver - or newly qualified and eager to get started? We're recruiting for a professional driver to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Alton.
The Role
You'll be representing the business on the road, delivering parcels and freight safely and on time. This is a customer-facing position, so reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude are just as important as driving skill.
Duties include: - Completing multi-drop deliveries and collections across the local area
- Ensuring security of vehicle and freight at all times
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Driving safely and in line with UK road regulations
- Complying with site and road Health & Safety standards
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, approx. 08:00-18:00 (45 hours per week). Premiums are paid for any evening or night hours worked.
What We're Looking For - Full, valid 7.5T (C1) or Class 2 licence, plus CPC and Digi Tacho Card
- Great customer service skills and a professional manner on delivery rounds
- Able to work independently and manage a busy delivery schedule
- Flexibility and a strong work ethic
