Job Description

Customer Service Administrator (12 Month Maternity Cover)

We are currently recruiting for a 12-month maternity cover position within a busy Customer Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer service enquiries via telephone and email
  • Working with computer systems and accurately updating records
  • Providing excellent customer support and maintaining professional communication
  • Responding to general customer queries, reviews, and company-related enquiries
  • Managing your workload effectively and staying organised
  • Working closely within a small team of two
  • Learning new processes and adapting to changing situations as required


What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good typing and computer skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • A strong work ethic and reliable approach to work


Salary:

£26,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience.



Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:00am - 12:45pm
