An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a leading specialist business in Andover supporting their busy administration team. Â
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills further in a dynamic workplace and will involve:
- Ensuring contracts are in line with company standards to a high level of accuracy. - Liaising with internal departments daily. - Being the key point of contact for contract or RAMS queries. - Maintaining high level of accuracy with quotes, RAMS and purchase orders. - Using in house database to check stock and contracts. - Performing data entry on Excel. - Providing ad hoc administration support.
The suitable candidate will have:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organisation and time management skills. - Previous experience in a busy administrative role. - Comfortable with Office 365 packages including Excel. - Good communication both written and verbal.
The company offer 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, and company perks such as staff discounts. The company have car parking available onsite.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
