Job Title: Warehouse Administrator (SAP Experience Required) Location: B11 Salary: £13.82ph Contract Type: Full time temporary on going Working Hours: 9am-5pm About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely data entry using SAP systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP. - Process goods receipts, stock transfers, and shipments. - Generate and review SAP reports for stock levels, order status, and discrepancies. - Liaise with warehouse operatives, suppliers, and transport teams to ensure smooth flow of goods. - Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for compliance and audits. - Support with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics administration role. - Strong working knowledge of SAP (Warehouse/Inventory modules). - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
