Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: £27,000 per annum

Role Overview:
We're seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support the team with a variety of administrative and clerical duties. You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, providing essential support across multiple departments, and helping the team stay efficient and well-organised.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls

Respond to email, phone, and face-to-face enquiries

Book and manage Teams/Zoom conference calls

Organise and schedule appointments and meetings

Draft and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms

Assist in preparing regular reports

Manage both manual and digital filing systems

Set up site files, photocopy, print, and cross-reference documents

Order and maintain office supplies

Book travel arrangements (taxi, hotel, congestion charges, etc.)

Provide accurate information and respond to requests

Take meeting notes and transcribe dictations

Generate reports, including U Attend system reports

Manage and maintain project documentation, such as drawings, permits, and contracts

Liaise with teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely document handling

Support multiple tasks/projects concurrently

Prepare and monitor invoices and valuations

Place and track material orders; monitor delivery and dispatch

Draft professional correspondence via email and letter

Handle confidential information discreetly

Receive, sort, and distribute mail

Greet and assist visitors

Carry out general clerical duties and improve administrative processes

Strong time management and multitasking ability

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organisational and planning skills

Confident in reporting and producing documentation

Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
