Job Description


We are currently looking for an Administrator to work in a busy transport office for our client based in Bathgate.

The hours for the role will be 10am-6pm Monday to Friday.


This will involve, but not be limited to:

  • Customer & driver queries
  • Debriefing Drivers
  • General administrative duties
  • Answering calls


Experience and skills:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience within a transport office (preferred)
  • Good customer service
  • Ability to organise
  • Able to work independently and part of a team
