We are currently recruiting for a General Administrator to join a busy and growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is organised, personable, and looking to develop their career within a supportive company.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day administrative and customer service duties, including:
- Using the company CRM system - Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries - Scheduling engineers and coordinating appointments - Liaising with both customers and engineers - Reading, checking, and issuing job cards - General administrative support to the wider team
This role is best suited to someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous administration experience - Strong communication and customer service skills - Good attention to detail - The ability to prioritise workload effectively - Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
Salary & Benefits
- £25,000 - Monday to Friday - 8:30am – 4:30pm - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Temp-to-perm opportunity
