| Pertemps have a new opportunity available! We are actively looking for a Connections Support Admin out out of the Hellaby area... We're looking for an organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Connections Support Co-ordinator. In this role, you'll provide vital admin and coordination support to help manage new electricity connections, alterations, and disconnections. You'll be the link between customers and internal teams, helping to ensure enquiries and projects run smoothly from start to finish. Job Details Working Week: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8:30 - 16:30 Annual Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Duration: 6 Month Contract Key Resposiblities - Screening connections applications received from customers for minimum information and any requirements where permits or easements will be required to do the work. - Releasing schemes to Connection Technicians with an accurate appraisal of the information required to enable them to contact the customer and confirm the details of the required works. - Producing an estimate of works to meet customer’s requirements for low voltage connections (i.e. for single premises or a small number of properties) in compliance with external standards and internal quick design rules. - Desktop working on customer requests on electricity service disconnections, diversions, unmetered supplies and street lighting. - Ensuring the estimates/quotations of work are accurately derived from the current internal price book. - Providing support to colleagues within the connections teams - Managing daily personal workload to ensure compliance with regulatory standards - Supporting the Connection Technicians to ensure customers receive an excellent customer service experience Key Competencies: - Supporting the Connection Technicians to ensure customers - Customer Service - Planning - Decision Making - Time Management - Spoken & Written Communication - Team Work Qualifications and Attributes - Minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent level of qualification Essential Experience: - Customer Service experience - Proven time management skills Desirable Experience: - Knowledge of the distribution network - Electrical or utilities background If you are actively looking for your new role, and align with the experiences above, please apply now with your CV. |
