| Join Our Client in Finding the Ideal Aftersales Manager Role Our client, a reputable and well-established motorhome dealership in the Bournemouth and Poole area, is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead their dedicated service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer care, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills. Benefits: - Competitive salary up to £38,000 - Monday to Friday, 08:00AM – 5:30PM, with no weekends - Ongoing training and career development opportunities - Supportive team within a respected, family-run dealership - Opportunity to be part of a growing, customer-focused business Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of the Aftersales department, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, updates, and support throughout the service and repair process - Manage service bookings, workshop scheduling, and coordinate with technicians to maximise productivity - Handle warranty claims, parts ordering, and communicate effectively with suppliers - Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers to promote repeat business and uphold the dealership’s excellent reputation - Support and mentor team members, fostering a positive and professional working environment Specification: - Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within the motor trade, ideally with motorhome, caravan, or automotive experience - Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive problem-solving approach - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail - Good technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes - IT literacy, including familiarity with dealer management systems - Full UK driving licence If you are an experienced Aftersales Manager passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a team, we want to hear from you.
