| Join Our Client’s Successful Dealership as an Aftersales Manager Are you an experienced automotive professional seeking your next career move? Our client, a reputable franchise automotive group in Eastbourne, is looking to appoint a motivated and skilled Aftersales Manager to lead their busy service department. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Aftersales Manager to make a significant impact within a well-established dealership. Benefits: - Competitive basic salary of £40,000, with an OTE of over £60,000 - Supportive management team and ongoing training on systems and processes - Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays - Company vehicle with fuel allowance - Death in service benefit and company pension scheme - Opportunities for progression within a large, successful dealership group - Work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 Duties: - Lead and manage the entire Aftersales team, including parts, service, and workshop staff - Oversee recruitment, staff development, and performance management initiatives - Set and exceed key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with brand standards - Maximise workshop productivity and overall efficiency - Develop departmental plans and budgets aligned with company goals - Maintain financial controls and monitor operational performance through KPI reports - Ensure warranty procedures are correctly followed and recoveries maximised - Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, maintaining excellent service standards Specification: - Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service - Strong technical understanding of automotive aftersales processes - Proven success in managing a dealership’s Aftersales department or similar environment - Leadership skills capable of motivating and inspiring a team to exceed targets - Experience in budget development and financial monitoring - Excellent organisation and communication skills - Full driving licence and ability to travel as required - Resides within or can easily commute to Eastbourne - Automotive sector experience, preferably in a main dealer environment - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset If you are ready to take your career as an Aftersales Manager to the next level and become part of a thriving dealership in Eastbourne, we want to hear from you.
