Air Conditioning Install Engineer – London – 50K Location: Mobile – Ideal Engineer being based in London – Covering Central & Greater London.

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a rapidly growing FM provider offering a full range of services and have a new opportunity for an Air Conditioning Install Engineer to join their projects and installation division.

The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Air Conditioning Install Engineer to take on a mobile role covering a well-organised London patch. You’ll be carrying out installation, commissioning, and upgrade works on a range of air conditioning systems across commercial office space, retail, hospitality, and light commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission a variety of air conditioning systems (split systems, multi-split, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs, etc.)
Pipework installation including brazing and pressure testing
Electrical connections and control wiring (within competence)
Ensure all installations are completed in line with manufacturer specifications, F-Gas regulations, and health & safety standards
Carry out snagging, testing, and handover documentation
Keep accurate records using PDA and company systems
Deliver a high standard of workmanship and represent the company professionally on-site
Occasional support to service or breakdown teams when required

What We’re Looking

For Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems
Valid F-Gas qualification – essential
NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent – desirable
Good understanding of electrical and control systems
Ability to read and work from drawings and schematics
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence

Salary & Package £40,000 – £50,000 basic (depending on experience and skill level)
your total weekly hours arecalculated on a door-to-door basis minus one hour each day for travel. Should your weekly hours
exceed 50 hours (door-to-door) any additional hours worked will be paid at 1.5 of your normal hourly rate
Flexible early finish – paid full day if the job is done early and cleared with the office
Regular overtime opportunities paid at enhanced rates

21 days holiday + bank holidays
