Air Conditioning Project Coordinator – Dartford Overview We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Air Conditioning Technical Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a former AC Engineer looking to transition into an office-based role, or for an individual with experience in a manufacturer’s technical support department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, managing quotations, coordinating technical information, and ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. ------------------------- Key Responsibilities - Prepare, issue, and manage quotations for new installations, remedial works, and service-related projects - Liaise with customers via email and telephone, providing professional and timely communication - Proactively follow up on quotations to secure orders - Order air conditioning equipment, components, and spare parts - Review engineers’ job reports and recommend appropriate follow-up actions - Produce customer quotations based on engineers’ recommendations - Provide internal technical support to office staff when required - Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) — training provided if required - Maintain accurate documentation and job records ------------------------- Candidate Requirements - Minimum 5 years’ experience within the air conditioning industry - Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation systems - Previous hands-on installation, diagnostic, or manufacturer technical support experience (highly desirable) - Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail - Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach - Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Full UK driving licence - Ability to commute reliably to our office location ------------------------- Package & Benefits - Full-time, permanent position - Salary: £35,000 – £50,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience) - Overtime available during peak periods - Office-based role (Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30) - Laptop and mobile phone provided - 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) with the option to purchase additional leave - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Supportive team culture with regular social event To apply, please send a copy of your most updated CV |
