| Mobile Air Conditioning Service Engineer Location: Midlands-based, covering nationwide works Salary: Circa £40,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Hours: 39 hours per week (to suit customer requirements) Overtime: Paid at time and a half Additional Benefits: Company vehicle, HVAC specialist tools, paid door-to-door travel The Role We are seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our growing team. Based in the Midlands, you will travel nationwide carrying out service, maintenance and refurbishment works. The role includes nationwide travel and occasional out-of-hours working. Key Responsibilities - Service and maintain air conditioning systems and water chillers - Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) - Respond to reactive service calls - Undertake refurbishment works - Conduct site surveys and compile client reports About You Candidates must have: - Proven experience in a similar role - Strong refrigeration and air conditioning knowledge - Knowledge of packaged AHUs - Experience with split systems, VRV and VRF systems - F-Gas qualification - NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning (or equivalent industry qualification) - Electrical knowledge - Knowledge of control systems (e.g. Trend, Siemens, Carel) - Full UK driving licence - CSCS skill card - Ability to survey sites for new A/C equipment - Experience using handheld/computerised reporting systems (training provided) Experience with packaged water chillers such as Carrier, Airedale, Daikin or Mitsubishi/Climaveneta would be highly advantageous. A basic disclosure certificate will be required (funded by the Company). Salary & Package: - Up to 40K Salary - Company Van & Fuel card - Your usual hours of work will be 39 per week, the standard hours being made up as follows: - Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm & Friday  8.30 am - 4.00 pm    - You are entitled to ½ hour lunch break each day. - Door to door travel - 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays  |
