Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Pay: £130 – £300 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30

We are currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to work in secondary schools across Eastbourne. Whether you're an experienced Art Teacher or an ECT, we have flexible roles available to suit your schedule and support your professional development. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
- Encourage students to explore creativity through a range of artistic techniques and media
- Promote a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Guide students in developing technical skills and artistic expression
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the Art department and wider school staff to support curriculum planning
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Art or Art & Design
- Experience teaching Art at secondary level (KS3 and KS4; KS5 desirable)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Passion for creative education and student engagement
- A current, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
