Assistant Bar Manager Role: 

We're seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to support the Bar Manager in leading operations at this prestigious venue. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and fresh ideas to elevate the bar program while maintaining the highest standards of service.  

Requirements:

- Proven experience in high-volume bar or restaurant management

- Genuine passion for hospitality with exceptional attention to detail  

- Strong leadership and team development skills  

- Expertise in inventory control and stock management procedures  

- Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal English)  

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant hospitality certifications (training available for the right candidate)  

- Advanced knowledge of wines and spirits  

- Experience with industry-standard POS systems  

Key Responsibilities: 

- Assist in managing daily bar operations and staff  

-Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization standards  

- Contribute to beverage program development and innovation  

- Oversee inventory management and cost control  

- Always ensure outstanding guest experiences  

- Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
