| For more information on this role, reach out to Jason Johns at RGB Recruitment  We’re working with a well-regarded civil and structural consultancy who are looking to add an Assistant Civil Engineer to their growing infrastructure team in Henley-on-Thames.  This role suits an engineer with 1–3 years’ consultancy experience who’s keen to build strong technical foundations across development infrastructure, working closely with experienced senior engineers on a varied project portfolio.  The Role - You’ll support the delivery of infrastructure design across residential and commercial developments, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities include: - Assisting with drainage, highways and earthworks design - Supporting the preparation of technical submissions for S38, S278 and S104 agreements - Producing drawings, calculations and design reports - Working alongside senior engineers on planning and detailed design stages - Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders where required  What We’re Looking For - 1–3 years’ UK consultancy experience in civil infrastructure - Exposure to drainage and highway design for development-led projects - Experience working on residential and/or commercial schemes - Familiarity with AutoCAD and drainage design software - A proactive, detail-focused approach and eagerness to develop  What’s On Offer - £32,000 – £40,000 salary - Structured training and mentoring - Clear progression within a supportive team - Exposure to high-quality infrastructure projects - A friendly, collaborative working environment  A great opportunity for an Assistant Civil Engineer looking to develop their technical skillset and progress within a respected consultancy.  |
