• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, drive standards, and take initiative during busy services.
• Must live within a practical commute to Canary Wharf, as the role involves late finishes.
• Well?presented, hardworking, and confident in English, with the ability to upsell, communicate clearly with guests, and lead a team of waiters through fast?paced services.
