We are looking for an Assistant Guest Relations Manager to work under the Front Office Manager and help with the management of the smooth day to day running of Front of House and Reception.  As Assistant Guest Relations Manager you will ensure the team are working in a positive, productive, friendly, and fun environment. Exceed the expectations of our guests to a five- star standard, inspire and create unique memorable experiences of escape and adventure, so everyone feels special.  We are based in a remote location and so you must be someone who has experience of living in a remote location and someone who enjoys it.

 Main responsibilities of the Assistant Guest Relations Manager:

• Prepare the stay to a 5* & +1 Service standard of all arriving guests.
• Assisting in running small events and with the organisation of group bookings and VIPs.
• Communicate with the guests during their stay so that they have their expectations exceeded
• Organise the arrival and departure of all guests on your shift and anticipate needs.
• Deal with any guests' complaints and queries in line with Forbes Standards.

• Organise and deliver the morning meeting to ensure daily organisation and communication to HODs in line with the prayer sheet.
• Assisting in logging operating issues with HART and Inform the Assistant Sales and Admin Manager 
• Take responsibility for a shift and ensure you are available to deal with any guest, team, supplier enquiries, as necessary.
• Communicate confidently attend and contribute to meetings daily, weekly, monthly as necessary.
• Ensure all communication from reception, verbal and written is professional, efficient and effective.
• Ensure the department has enough stock to operate efficiently
